Sugar-free jelly – forest fruit taste (transparent)

Ingredients

Pork gelatin, acidity regulator: citric acid; flavor agent, forest fruit powder 1% (forest fruit juice concentrate, maltodextrin)․ May contain traces of milk and soy.

Celiko transparent gelatin without sugar is intended for people who follow a low sugar diet, monitor their diet and use sweeteners instead of sugar.

Thanks to its special transparent shape, it will perfectly display fruits and other additives in your dessert.

Preparation

Pour the contents of the package into 0.5 liter of boiled hot water.

Mix thoroughly until dissolved and refrigerate. At your discretion, sweetener or sugar can be added to the jelly (about 3-4 tablespoons).

Pour the chilled jelly into bowls and refrigerate to set.

In hot weather, use less water, about 400 ml.

One package is enough to prepare 4 servings of jelly, 130 g each.
